What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga Therapy is an holistic approach of helping individuals improve their health and well-being through the application of the philosophy and practice of Yoga
Our approach of Yoga Therapy is based on classical yoga methods of Krishnamacharya (intelligent personalized sequencing based on individual case and Ayurveda (Ayurvedic medicine is a system of traditional medicine native to India and a form of alternative medicine. ) combined with modern medical concepts ( pain-free mobility, stability, range of motion and active lifestyle changes ). It aim to restore the balance and function of both the mind and body. Yoga therapy has been proven in western medical research to be more effective than conventional physiotherapy in controlling acute to chronic pain arising from dysfunctional physical condition and as well as a preventive measures.

Yoga Therapy Consultancy and Process.
It is conducted as an individual basis based on case by case studies.
Initial consultation:
It will involve a health history and brief lifestyle and work enquiry on the pain and discomfort. Range of motion observatory and body alignment diagnose.
A personalized Yoga practice and active lifestyle suggestion will be designed and prescribed to the client based on their current work and life commitment. The client is expected to practice daily to allow improvement in both symptom and structural function.
Follow up consultation:
2 to 3 session to follow-up observe the condition and to refine the prescribe practice and suggestions. After the condition is stabilized and improves, open session will be available to continue to support the client future condition.
