Introduction to “POWER” Yoga workshop

We often come across the term “Power Yoga” in Fitness center and Gym.This form of practice is often misunderstood. This introduction session  will help to understand the proper usage of breath and movement in asana ( yoga posture) call Vinyasa Krama to build strength,endurance and flexibility concurrently that produce vitality in our body.
This introduction session is suitable for those who are already active in sports or at least cardio fit. It help to explore the possibilty of using yoga as a supplement to your active sporting activities to prevent injury and keeping your body flexible and strong core with added mental clarity.
Be prepare to sweat! Bring along towel, yoga mat and water.
Suggestion to have no food 2 hour before or very light food like biscuit, as it is on a evening session some of you guys might be hungry.
Limited vacancy due to studio space.

We had successfully host our first Yoga in Nature-YogaGivesBack Relay at Botanical Garden Eco Lake with a successful targeted fund collected! We had a healthy good turn up of participant with a good weather, energy and spirit ( Blessing from mother nature! ).  We aspired to practise Yoga more in the nature in the future.
